"Im gonna be honest I was super hesitant to come here because of the reviews it’s been almost 3 years since I’ve gone to the dentist, now as an adult I was responsible for making my own appointments and finding a place so I finally took a chance with this place and I wasn’t disappointed. Lady at the front desk was super chill and the dentist surprised me, very pretty Latina and a LOT of tough love told me what I needed to hear and walked me through it. I needed to get a cleaning and told her I was nervous I put my earphones in and she got go work before I knew it I was done she did a fantastic job and I was finally able to get my braces on thanks to her, going back soon for 2 fillings and I’m extremely nervous but the ambiance was nice and I trust it. They took a lot of weight off my back and I couldn’t be happier. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of my cleaning being rushed due to appointments being squeezed in but it still came out nice."

"I recently was seen at Creative Dentistry. It's been 13 years since I've seen one. Very stressed and nervous. My RDa Elyse was very kind and gentle throughout the whole time. My Hygienist Dany was wonderful with my shoots and deep cleaning. Very caring. Dr Parks was caring and made sure everything was explained and made sure i was comfortable with everything. "This dental practice used to be great. Dr. Chin is a great dentist. I booked an appointment after being away from the area for a couple of years. I was informed that Dr. Chin sold the practice but sees patients once a week, they informed me of an upcoming cancelation and scheduled a 1 PM appointment with Dr. Chin. I showed up at 12:45 PM and the staff were eating lunch in the waiting room and was RUDELY asked to leave or wait outside and come back at exactly 1 PM, first off you should always allow time to fill out paperwork and secondly it's VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to eat lunch in the waiting room. Both the desk and the dental staff were eating lunch in the lobby including the dentists. This really RUDE staff member locked the door behind me. I waited for 15 minutes and showed up at 1PM which was the exact time of my appointment. The RUDE guy at the front desk tried to look up my name and appointment and said that he had no record of the appointment being made. This completely ridiculous because not only did I have a specific appointment with Dr Chin, they called me to confirm the appointment the night before the appointment. He was very RUDE and DISMISSIVE about his COMPLETELY DISORGANIZED front desk which seemed to have issues with doing a competent job. The new dentist who bought the practice came into the waiting room, so I explained to him him why this practice was once great and now its completely UNPROFESSIONAL. The front desk guy yelled at me, that I need to talk with him, the front desk manager and not the dentist who owned the practice. I DID voice my complaints to this new dentist, who seemed COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT and seems to allows his $15/hr front desk staff to call the shots. If they are this INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL with booking appointments, I do not want to find out how INCOMPETENT they are with dental procedures. I left and rebooked with a way more professional dental practice in the area, this practice was once great but is now very DISORGANIZED and UNPROFESSIONAL. There are way better options in the area. The dentist who owns this office should enforce a higher standard of professionalism (no lunches in the waiting room) and hire competent front desk staff."

I don't call him "Painless" for nothing. Through even the most difficult procedures, he's always been able to keep me comfortable. His humor, thoughtfulness and caring attitude have always helped me feel good about going to see him.
