"We called and asked if they do boys haircuts and the woman that I scheduled the appointment with said yes. I was under the impression that they had experience in doing boys hairstyles so I scheduled an appointment. The cut that my son left with is nothing like the photo he showed the lady. He was left with long hair hanging around his ears, the top of the head does not blend with the sides and he is extremely upset. When I called the salon and talked to the woman that did this haircut she said that they do boys haircuts but they’re not barbers and don’t have the training to do fades… if that was the case then they should have never even started the haircut after my son showed her the inspiration photo! She could have said right from the get go that she didn’t have the skills needed to do the cut! Simple as that!"

"Usually, I am not one to write a review but this time I felt I had to. I saw Danny one month ago (right before the holidays) for a root touch up. This was my first time in this place. I inquired about his coloring expertise before the job was done as I wanted to ensure a professional job. Long story short I ended up with 2 colors; one in my roots and then a different one for the rest of my hair. He tried to dismiss the outcome and kept saying it was not that noticeable. I insisted I was not happy with it and wanted it some solution to it. He said he had no time at that moment and could not schedule me in before the holidays as he was booked and on top of that I would need to pay full cost again for the "Fix Up". To add to it, not sure what blowout style he did but I walked out of there looking like I had just driven for several hours with the windows down. I thought this was extremely poor customer service. I ended up calling another place as I didn't want to have to different colors in my hair for the holidays. The second place was extremely professional though she had not made the mistake. She was super nice, she gave me a FREE consultation for about 20 minutes, she gave me some hair products completely free of charge (toner and clarifying shampoo as a temporary solution). She basically fixed someone else's problem for free. I have now schedule my hair appt with this lady and will not be returning to see Danny. I don't mind spending more money but it's totally worth it if they do a good job and have good customer service."
