"If I could put 0 I would. I had an appointment for a specific thing that they schedule on specific days waited two weeks for the appointment showed up and waited 20 minutes to be called back waited another 40 minutes still not being seen I was on my lunch from work and let the receptionist know that and she said she would tell the doctor and never did. So I spent an hour without being seen. I went and found the doctor or nurse at her desk scrolling on her computer and told her I had to go back to work I couldn't wait any longer and she was so rude to me saying well you need reschedule that I should have known it would take longer than an hour when the receptionist told me it should only take about ten minutes for the whole thing. I then left and forgot l my key and she handed it to me with a mean look on her face and said here ! I will never return to this clinic again. Rude, unprofessional, the Doctor Judith or her nurse whoever is not it pick a different one."
