"I’ve been here once in August and my visit was very nice. The nurse and practitioner were kind and answered all my questions. However, once I discovered I was pregnant in December I was not able to get an answer on the phone for weeks. Every time I called it would ring and go to voicemail. I left voicemails, I sent emails but never got a response. I called 14 times throughout a day thinking I was just calling at a bad time with no answer. When I finally got an answer the receptionist informed me my appointment was ready to scheduled and someone would reach out, but they never did. Days later I tried again and was told I missed my appointment the day prior for a follow-up appointment, having never had my first visit. I really wanted to go here because my first visit was pleasant, but being pregnant I need to be able to reach my clinic if I should have an emergency. All in all, it’s great if you can actually make it in the clinic."

"I must say that Dr. Wilcox did an awesome job on my surgery and I appreciate her bed side manner and her willingness to take the time to explain things and not seem to be just another number at a doctor's office!! They only thing I can say is that maybe work a little bit better on when someone tries to schedule an appointment you can get a faster response back from someone. The only person that helped my was Liza and Jackie! Jackie went above and beyond to help me get scheduled and is willing to go above and beyond her job since she was the surgery scheduler. thank you Jackie for helping me you're awesome!!!."

"I was in to see Amber Wood, NP today and had an amazing visit. I was taken back promptly, Jackie the assistant was very friendly and nice. Amber has great bedside manner, addressed all my concerns and I had my testing done. Highly recommend her! I gave 4 stars and not 5 because the front desk was not the friendliest and a little rude."

"Absolutely amazing! They helped me through out my third pregnancy. Every employee from the front desk, to the nurses, and doctors are so kind and caring. They did a great job and accommodating my appointments around my work schedule. I met the doctor that helped deliver my baby girl as often as possible. Whenever I had to meet with other doctors, they were all equally helpful. They encourage you to ask questions and make sure you leave every appointment without any concerns. During delivery, I had a better experience than with my 2 other children. I was so involved and encouraged. I could tell how much they cared for me and my baby. The atmosphere of their waiting area was so welcoming. I felt at home from the first visit. I cannot recommend Queen City women's health enough!"

She’s very professional and knowledgeable as a doctor. She makes you feel comfortable as a patient of hers. And I truly appreciate her and her sweet assistant’s. The atmosphere is very inviting and upscale. And the ladies at the front desk are so polite and welcoming. If you’re looking for wonderful services with a loving touch, look no further."
