"I've had a terrible experience with Dr. Jackson. - I've been severely sick in my first trimester and my symptoms were downplayed as normal. Do not recommend at all. I was given medication for GERD after weeks of constant throwing up and not keeping food / water down. I rescheduled with an OB in Nashville and have already had a better experience."

"I should have trusted my instinct and switched at any point in time, because I hated her approach but always heard how wonderful she was. I truly wish the medical board would revoke her license before she kills a woman and/or their child. I was in labor at 9.5 centimeters for over 6 hours before she came in and said that I was almost a C-section. My baby had an Apgar score of 1, wasn't breathing, and immediately taken to the NICU. She comes in the next day, after my baby had a seizure, and asked where he was. HE HAD BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE VANDERBILT NICU MORE THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE. She then said, "It's lucky you said yes to the vacuum assist or I would have delivered a dead baby." With a laugh AND A SMILE. Then continued to say, "It's a good thing I got your bleeding under control or else I would've had to go in and take out your uterus." Turns out she also failed to mention his cord was wrapped around his neck but it was in his chart and the Vanderbilt doctors knew. In the end, I switched doctors before my 6 week check up because I was considering a lawsuit. My son has been diagnosed with HIE and will be for the rest of this life because of this poor, sad, disgusting excuse of a doctor. May her license be taken away and her practice burn and fall to the ground."

"She told me I was starving my baby because I wasn't gaining enough wait. She sent me to a specialist and had me very concerned. The specialist told me I'm just small (which I know lol) and to keep doing what I was doing. My baby was born at 6lbs and 4 Oz, and is now above average in weight. A whole lot of stress and body shaming."

"I went into my 14 week OB appointment this morning and felt like I was being treated horribly. First my OB used a trans vaginal ultrasound when it was very painful and baby could barely fit on the screen and could only see their back. She refused to let us see the baby on the screen when she did it. My fiancée peeped over on the screen and she said “I see you peeping” and turned the screen away. When she finally turned it around so we could see, she showed us for 2 seconds and I asked if I could see him moving and she completely disregarded what I was saying and stopped the ultrasound. She wanted to do a culture of my vagina afterwords and was so extremely rough after I asked her to stop, And pressing so hard on my belly. She was also been very conceded and rude with everything she said. I cried after the appointment and went straight home. It ruined my entire day. She needs to lose her license. She does not know how to talk to women and is very rough and not gentle. Will never recommend anyone to her ever ever again."
