"I am a customer of Allstate Ins. and Hilton Horne is my agent. Mr. Horne has always been there to take care of my every auto need, so much so, that I switched my homeowners policy to Allstate at the earliest chance I had. Recently I was in an auto accident with the result that my car was totaled. I called Hilton immediately, and while I was on the phone with him, he connected me to an accident support group. I was able to send a quick photo claim to get the process started.
