"My experience here was the worst! I have ever encountered with getting my hair done . I decided to go here because it is very close to my home and I need to get my hair done very badly. I thought that it wasn't going to be bad especially because I was dealing with the owner ,but it was . My color wasn't what I expected I ended up with hot roots and random pieces of dark brown and light brown in between my hair . I asked for a trim and soft layers because I wanted to grow my hair out after cutting it short previously and I had already grown it out to my shoulders after having it in a a line but When she cut my hair it was a disaster and I think this is the most upsetting part about my experience because I hate my hair cut !! She gave me a very blunt cut and my layers were very blunt all stacked on top of each other at the bottom !! I immediately told her I didn't like it to fix and I end up with my hair hacked off!! The back of my hair is a disaster it's all different lengths just as if she went to town grabbing any piece and cutting!! I ended up leaving and paid her expensively. I went home to inspect my hair and it was crooked one side longer than the other and the back just chopped up my hair looks like a damn mushroom now!! I went back a week later because I was so upset at how my hair looked I figured at least she can fix my roots!!! Well she tired and failed again! Still have hot roots!!! And my hair cut is terrible I can't help but cry every time I look at it I don't understand how she could have done that she knew it was messed up and she didn't care!! Anyone can see it ! And they did!! After her trying to fix my roots I had went home to style it and once I realized it still wasn't fixed I went back and requested a full refund and she did! I will never ever ever go there again I am completely traumatized by my experience here and I don't think I'll have anyone else touch my hair for a very long time."
