"Kevin and Austin were fantastic in helping my husband and me get a homeowner policy for our new home purchase. Getting a new policy in California is a bit harder right now than it used to be. Even though we started looking for a policy 3 weeks before closing, some companies needed a lengthy enough waiting period that would mean pushing back the closing date. Others had limits to the number of new policies they could write each month, which could also push out the closing date.
