"If I could give a negative I would. This place is practically a scam. I tried cancelling within the 24 hours because the insurance didn't have my vehicle under coverage. When I called to cancel within the 24 hours, no one was able to help me. Hung up on or disconnected 3+ times. Numerous calls I made for the next 2 weeks and no one could help me. Finally, almost a month later, I get ahold of someone and they tell me my account had been closed and will be recieving a 60 dollar refund out of a 300 dollar policy. And was canceled 1 day after the cancelation period. This place will take your money and try to never talk to you again. I will never use them again. After being on the phone for another hour and only being disconnected once, I got 80 more back. So all in all, 150 dollars for 1 day of some kind of insurance and 12 hours on the phone. A total migraine"

"Super upset with this insurance company. I got a random $97 so I called them and they could not figure out what the charge was for. I finally spoke to branch manager who told me it must be a glitch or something that my credit card company did. So I call my credit card company, they said they didn’t charge me for anything. So assuming this is a glitch, I dispute it with my credit card company. A month later they cancel my policy because of a “missed payment” I call, & they said it’s because of my dispute. So apparently it wasn’t a glitch, they just couldn’t figure out what the charge was so they just told me it was a “glitch” . Then they tell me they will not re-instate my policy & I should look elsewhere. Super frustrating & unprofessional"
