"Did my eyelash there . While the place itself is in a weird industrial looking location .there is tons of parking space but not much shade . Dont be fooled by the outside the inside is very clean modern and super peaceful . You get a room for yourself . All the covid precaution are being followed . Very sanitary .Sanitizer at the entrance and everyone wore a mask . Thank you ! The chair is comfortable and even has a pillow for the back of your legs, they have blankets if you are cold . As soon as i walk in everything was explain to me when it came to choose which eyelashes . I picks glamorous to open my eyes . The results are amazing . The ladies are japanese very polite respectful kind and friendly . Very thorough with the quality of their work too . Best place for eyelashes in oc . I will be back"
"Receptionist was very rude, I came 20 min early to what I assume would have to fill out paperwork and she replied " you can do it at 5, we don't have anyone for you" the lack of people and customer service skills should be 0 stars. Lashes were alright, but won't be coming back here."
"I did the Groupon for 140 lashes and was extremely impressed! The salon was clean and everyone was professional. They let you select the style, curl, and thickness of the lashes. It took about 1.5 hours for the 140 lashes. The recliner was very comfortable and I just relaxed while she was applying the lashes. I've had them five days now and none have fallen off. UPDATE: It's been 3 weeks and the lashes still look really good. Some have obviously fallen off but they have stayed on well"
