"Hello everyone, this is Tammy hairstylist from Cool Cuts…. If you don’t know by now, I am here to let you know sadly they have closed our store for good. So on behalf of myself, and Wendy, Mary, Helen, Lillian and Martha we would like to say a great big thank you for being such a loyal customers! For all the years you’ve come to see us each and every month to make your little ones, look their best. We have enjoyed watching them grow up and get used to getting their haircuts and some of them graduating from the little cars to the big chairs. We will miss you all. A few of us will be going over to Cookie Cutters in Fullerton immediately. We hope you will follow us! We would love to see some familiar faces! Again, thank you for all the wonderful years. "I can't remember the stylist name unfortunately. I called on a Saturday and got an appointment 40 minutes later. The stylist was great with my two-year-old son. I told her what he like to watch and she put on a DVD for him and let him pick out his favorite car to sit in. She advised me on some scalp issues that he was having, which is really helped. They prefer that you pay in cash if possible. Everyone's very sweet and knowledgeable. My son was super calm the entire time."

"Mary, you are such an amazing woman. Definitely would recommend coming here. I had a HORRIBLE experience at Cookie cutters down the street, and I called and Mary got me in right away. Not only did she listen to me vent, but she also took such good care with my daughter for her first hair cut. She saw I wanted to take pictures so she stopped every so often so I could. "I was looking for a place with the neccesary "tools" for my autistic son.... I advice them before his appointment, If they told me "we can't deal with a child with that condition" ...I wouldn't have gotten mad, promise! But give me this results and charge for that, is an offense for my self and my baby ....... When I arrive I told the lady (who was a different one from the appointment) to turn on the screen with a movie or something, she looks upset when I suggest that, but she did it... when my son start to cry she change me to a different seat where I can hold my son my self but she was never worry about turn on the screen or help with my son situation..... looked like she just wants to kick me out from the salon with my kid because she had more kids in line ..... almost 28 dlls for this "hair cut""
