"Brother Wolf is a really unique spot downtown I recommend to anyone in Knoxville! The higher price tag is completely worth it. They put out an amazing menu that changes frequently with the seasons. The most recent time I visited, a friend and I shared the Insalata con Ortaggi Misti and the Arancini. We were totally blown away- I can’t recommend these dishes enough. To drink, I enjoyed their famous espresso martini. Then I finished the meal off with a large glass of their house red. It was all delightful. The service was top notch and the atmosphere is truly special. You’re missing out if you haven’t visited brother Wolf yet!"

"Everything about Brother Wolf immediately caught my eye and pulled me in, and it only gets better when you walk inside. Impressive, sophisticated Italian style and design adorn this charming spot for aperitifs and digestives, and unique takes on the Negroni, my favorite cocktail. It’s like the person who envisioned and created this delightfully stylish space knew me and was trying to personalize it precisely to my taste. It’s a truly stunning space, and the drinks are fantastic. I wish this bar existed in Nashville, where I live. I will be back on my next trip to Knoxville."

"Yummy fresh Italian food that is well worth the visit for - ohh and the best Espresso martinis in town! The venue has two side - a sit down full service restaurant or the other side a funky bar with seating and limited menu of antipasto and small pasta bowls. We started with the charcuterie board of meat and cheeses - for three of us sharing there was enough and the fried dough was delicious with the preserves! The pasta we chose was fresh and delicious - worth waiting for! My spaghetti carbonara was not what I was used to as not as creamy or moist and a little heavy on the black pepper for me but non the less was tasty. My partner had the Pappardelle and enjoyed it. As former travelers to Italy, we were pleasantly surprised to find and taste authentic Italian food, done well in TN. We are going to go back and do the restaurant side next time, and of course have more Espresso martinis!!! ( ohh and I loved the funky sink in the bathroom too)"

"First time at this bar and I had a really great experience. I ordered the Oaxacan Negroni and it was absolutely fantastic. One of my favorite cocktails I have had in Knoxville and especially if you are into something a little different. Lots of bitter cocktail options and Italian liquors, staff was friendly, and the vibe was chill. Maybe not the place for everyone, but for sure the spot if you know what you are looking for!"
