"I wanna give 0 starts but Google won't let me I made an appointment for a simple pedicure at 10:30 and they had me wait 25 mins on a chair just waiting I would of waited more time if I never said anything I've been coming here for years not anymore so unprofessional. I don't get what's the whole point of an appointment of they still make you wait almost 30 minutes."
