"I went to get my hair dyed and I asked for something simple. What I asked for was copper hair with blonde underneath. She put the wrong color and she knew she messed up that she never faced me to the mirror. She kept on pulling my hair, burned me, dyed my forehead RED! When she was washing my hair the water went everywhere and she wet my clothes. I left there so mad. She said that she put red because then it will fade into the copper I wanted. But I had told her that I wanted to get rid of the red I had before. She has a heavy hand when she was trying to remove the red from my forehead she was scrubbing it so hard that it was hurting. NEVER AGAIN AM I COMING HERE!!!!!!!!!! DONT RECOMMEND!"
