"I’m LIVID!!! I went there yesterday to get my eyebrows done and went to another woman from the normal lady I went to last time and she completely butchered my eyebrows. I explained upfront that she can trim as needed and to clean up my eyebrows. When she started trimming, I noticed she was doing it excessively. By the end result, the end of one eyebrow is completely missing. The other has a slight patch of hair gone and the shape is completely out of whack. I let her know I like my eyebrows thinner, but by the time she was done fixing it, she had already butchered everything. I’m upset because now I have to completely grow my eyebrows back for probably 2 months and without filing them in with makeup they look horrible. Needless to say, I will never be going back for any services and will drive an hour to my original nail lady from now on!"
