"If I could give a 0 I would. There are so many problems. From the very beginning. Reading other who gone threw the same thing. So Dr B.Jones is consistent. Like someone else didn’t want to take us (family)after she was Assigned. I had to make lots of phone calls had to have my insurance company faxed them not once but four times. Every time I make an appointment it gets cancels. Not just me, my daughter and my son. So 6 to 7 times. She changes the days she works. Only works 2 days but tells insurance she Mon-Fri. I had work done and I had to go back 2 times. Now I’m wondering if it was even necessary from reviews I have read. I would strongly recommend to anyone to finding another dentist before going to this one."

"To the patients considering going to Birva Joshi DDS, I am here to tell you that these penny pinching “Dental Staff” are not concerned with anyone’s oral health whatsoever when it comes to treating new patients. If anything it seems their top priority is deflecting affordable insurance for California residents in hopes of finding potential goldmines. Not only did this Dental group lie to my face about not taking my insurance, when I had told them I had spoken with my insurance in advanced and confirmed it was their dental group. They continued to just tell me they won’t take me. And based on the reviews, it seems like when they get a “good patient”(has money laying around), they take advantage with deep cleaning and root canals! So stay away from here if you care about your money, your time, and most importantly your oral health!"

"I am so happy to have found Dr. Birva Joshi Jones! She is amazing. I had serious problems with my teeth and wanted a Dentist that would not berate me, only help me, and that is exactly what I found in her. She was very straightforward and honest with what needed to be done, we agreed on a strategy and she was thorough,careful and sincere in her work on my teeth. Her and her assistant spent more than 3 hours on me in my first session working deligently. My follow up appointment went great, and now my teeth are healthy and they look great. "I came into Dr Jones office and it was the best dental experience. I am terrified to go to the dentist but I felt very comfortable with Dr. Jones. She takes her time and actually explains what she is doing and why. Teresa is such a good assistant and makes you feel calm. All in all, I recommend this dental office to everyone."
