"Please save your time and look elsewhere, they are the most unprofessional dentist office I have ever walked into. They had a student working on my fillings and are now in complete denial about it. I also walked into my appointment for a deep cleaning only to be turned away because the employee didn’t realise that my insurance hadn’t waved the fees for the visit, which I later found to be false because they had covered the visit. The dentist walked me out and had me feeling like a fool. She lied and said that I was loosing my mind because they’ve never had a student work there and completely dined my previous visits, saying that it was my first time coming in when in fact I had been there on 4 occasions. Please look away, save your money and your time and most importantly save your teeth for someone more professional."

"My experience with Fallbrook Dentistry in West Hills is extremely disheartening! I felt I was racially discriminated against. I was told my Mercedes, so called office manager, that they generally don’t offer higher quality of care to medi Cal patients because they are more than likely on drugs and cannot afford higher quality treatment. In addition, my gums have been swollen for several months. The original diagnosis was to take antibiotics and special mouthwash! A couple minutes go by and then my diagnosis changed to a necessity tooth extraction as this was the root problem causing my gums to swell. These people should close their office down as they are not professionals in health care. They always promise to return calls to explain things and they never do! If you are Latino or Caucasian, you may be in good hands. Otherwise, Run from this place and don’t look back is my best suggestion"
