They actually paid for a low-dose off mournjaro once and then the minute the medication was raised to a higher dose they stopped. The health issues I will have due to obesity will cost them more money than covering this weight loss drug and I'm also diagnosed prediabetic"

I went to refill diabetic medication I've been on for over a year but Cigna in all their idocy decided (without notifying anyone) that they were not sure I should be on that medication. So they denied my medication and I was without medication for a week because of there poor business practices. They span my phone with unsolicited calls and won't remove me from there spam list. I've been trying to have them fix my address for MONTHS, not fixed yet."
