"Being in the dental field myself, I know exactly what and why things go the way they do in a dental office. I wish I could give 5 stars because my kids love returning. But after explaining my financial situation i couldnt pay my balance of $50 the girl who always schedules patients as they are walking out told me these exact words "We CAN NOT SCHEDULE ANY MORE APPOINTMENTS FOR THE KIDS UNTIL YOU PAY $50" I have great insurance you could easily charge me for an xray if you had to or topical and my insurance would have gave u ur $50. Instead she wants to lose 4 patients. And the female dentist well she goes above and beyond with treatment planning, she Insisted the only treatment she could do for my son was a rootcanal and crown (which left him tramatized) on a tooth that came out 2 months later. (Pointless..and caused trama) now she wants to put my son completely to sleep for 2 teeth she said she would "wiggle" out. Im sorry but a bit ridiculous. MALE DENTIST THERE IS GREAT ! THE REST OF THR STAFF AWESOME ! Sad what this routine check up and cleaning lead to, my children love the office. Even after my son being scared from his last visit he was still willing to go because its a GREAT enjoyable CHILDRENS DENTAL OFFICE."

"Betty's is amazing at her job! My 4 year old use to be scared of the dentist but now she is comfortable and happy getting her check ups done! Thank u guys for being so wonderful at your job! Definetly recomend for all kids at any age!"

"Honestly..this place was amazing. My little one was so excited to go to the dentist for the first time, but when we got there of course she got scared and shy. Sara showed her all the instruments she was going to use and talked to her the whole time about sugar bugs and made her feel really comfortable. I was so surprised when she actually got a full cleaning in! The office is so much fun, themed as a rocket ship and there’s games and prizes. We left with a new toothbrush, balloons, a new shirt, a prize, other dentist goodies, and a clean mouth! Dr. Elka is very upbeat and happy and fast. She was so quick and got everything looked at and examined in less than 5 minutes. My little one didn’t even have time to fuss. The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. It was the best first experience I could have possibly imagined for my toddler. I will always come back here and refer this dentist to anyone I know or anyone who asks. Thank you very much Sara and Dr. Elka for making our first visit a memorable and easy one."

"The dentist and hygienist who saw my 2 year old for his first appointment were both very kind and adept at making the experience positive. My mediocre review is mainly due to the cost and the misleading information given to me by the office staff regarding the cost. I called up this office to inquire about the cost of a dental cleaning/check up for my toddler as I was researching different dental offices for his first visit. The person on the phone told me it would be $75. I thought that was reasonable so I made an appointment. However when I went to pay after his visit, it was $135, almost double what I was quoted! The staff need to be trained to better inform potential patients about the possible and likely range of a visit as clearly this was way off base. I also had to wait for 30 min to be called in even though I arrived on time. I was not informed that there was a long wait when I checked in which would have been good to know since I had a newborn with me and my toddler."

"They are awesome! They are always great with my son (and with me and my anxiety). My 4 year old son can be a handful, but they are able to work with him so that he listens and gets his cleaning and exam! My son loves getting a balloon and a prize after each visit! I highly recommend them!"
