"Out of no where I got charged 79 dollars from this company. I haven't been to a dentist in over a year and when I did I paid in cash and paid in full. How or even why I'm being charged IDK only thing I can thing of is this company is scamming people. I'm glad I didn't have the funds on my card as I'm not going to pay 79 dollars when I'm not even seeing a dentist. This company needs to be investigated cause something ain't right"

"I bought the one year plan for myself. Well I recently needed to upgrade to two individuals. I called and set up a appointment with a dentist office that offers the plan. I was told to add someone for an additional 20.00, I could do it in office and we wouldn’t have to pay the 79.99 again.My fiancé went to his appointment and was told he couldn’t do it in office I would have to call OneSmile directly. I tried calling the number at 2 P.M. on Friday and sent directly to voicemail. So we rescheduled his appointment to today (Monday.) I called the customer service number first thing and was told by a OneSmile rep. I couldn’t add anyone to my plan because I was to close to my renewal date. For further insight my renewal date is 7/30 today is 06/22. So after the run-around and my fiancé being in pain for a entire weekend we still have to pay the 99.00 for two individuals instead of the 20.00. All this could have been avoided if reps actually knew about the services they offer also I feel like people are getting ripped off because of this “too close” rule. Regardless I paid for a year so I should be able to add someone to my plan ANYTIME within that year time frame without having to renew first. I hope this review helps someone. OneSmile just lost two customers because they are about the bottom dollar and not caring about the customer."
