"This dentist office is thriving for some front desk receptionist with the following qualifications: English Speaking: I am not Spanish so don’t leave me reminder voice mail message regarding my appointment in Spanish. Someone with a extended Customer Service background: I am a patient who is the reason you have a paycheck so be courteous and kind to your patient. There is absolutely no excuse to be rude and confrontational with them. Keep in mind you are NOT in the Battle of Contreras. Speak English when answering phones and remind yourself to be clear and kind and let the patient on the phone know why are you have to put them on hold. Don’t put the patient on hold and go on your “one hour” lunch break, this is disrespectful. Make sure to triage the calls. Win Win situation, doctor happy & patient happy. Take English as a second language classes after hours to improve your effective communication skills with the none Spanish speaking patients. Make sure to take an educational college class learning about dentistry terminology to better assist your big boss, doctor lady who is running the dentistry business @ the location."
