"Last September, I had an urgent dental issue and without hesitation Dr. Katie at Gabucan Family Dentistry made time in her busy schedule to see me for a a consultation in a short notice. Katie is a skilled dentist and also a great friend, her kindness and willingness to help a friend in need truly warmed my heart. Today, 02/02/2024, I was supposed to have an appointment with Dr. Katie to clean my teeth. Instead of seeing her, the front office scheduled me to have my teeth cleaned with another male dentist, since Dr. Katie was busy with other patients. Though, I had already request to see Dr. Katie ahead of time and was told she is available to see me. This male dentist does not do a very good job when cleaning my teeth. He looked away while cleaning my teeth… very scary when he doesn’t pay attention to what he is doing. I am not happy and quite disappointed when the front office has decided to switch to another dentist without letting me know Dr. Katie busy seeing other patients. They could have called me and let me know Dr. Katie was not able to see me, then I could schedule to see her another day. I am very upset with how the office doing and will not recommend this dental office to my friends and relatives, or co-workers. As for me, I will not come back for my future appointments. Very bad service from the front office staff. One advice for this dental office: Be respectful to your patient."
