"Worst dental experience ever!!! I had a 4pm Saturday appointment and Dr. bell made me wait for 20 minutes after my xray. She then came in and didn't even introduce herself properly. We went over my xrays, and she kept saying okay, did not explain what's going on my teeth. Then the cleaning process began, she kept talking in some Asian language to her assistant the entire while. When I pushed back with my body language insisting that it was hurting, she brushed it off and didn't acknowledge the pain. She concluded the meeting by saying I need a deep cleaning and her assistant will finish me off. No goodbye, nothing. So now, I have no idea what's going on my teeth, if there are any concerning issues that I need to take care of. After my appointment was over, I walked up to the front desk and they asked me when I would like to come in for my next appointment, I replied I'm going to look for another dentist in my insurance plan and walked out."
