"I used to be a patient of this doctor, however I am feeling very angry right now. Last year I had a root canal with Wendy, however when I check with other dentist recently, it turned out the root is till inflammation. I went to visit another root canal specialist, and she told me that she cannot save this teeth since Wendy has done it so badly and blocked everything so that she can’t save it!!! is very surprised to the specialist that Wendy can do this as a general dentist, and didn’t take x ray before or after root canal! And Wendy didn’t answer my phone now, so disappointed!"

"Today we visited this dental clinic for the first time, my five-year-old child was scared and resisted so she screamed, which was considered inappropriate by Dr. Lu, so the doctor held her face and yelled at least 2 To 3 times: You can't do this! It’s awful! This is completely different from the online comments that Dr. Lu is patient with children, and it actually happened."

"Dr. Lu was the most careless, disrespectful and unkind dentist we've ever encountered. It's really hard to believe Dr. Lu's office is still in business given our experience. My dad was referred to her to treat inflammation of the tissue around his teeth, so that he could get prepared for teeth implantation. The first time we visited she talked to us, and said we would need to stay for at least an hour for deep cleaning, but we weren't ready that day because that also required local anesthesia, and my dad wouldn't be able eat for about 3 hours. So then we made another appointment the following week, and went in to get my dad's teeth deep cleaned. The dental hygienist was friendly and explained how the process would work. After everything was finished, we wanted to just talk to Dr. Lu and confirm the next steps. She gave us a totally mean and spiteful attitude, didn't even look at us, and yelled out loud to call the dentist hygienist to answer our questions. We were just in complete shock! We are still not sure what went wrong that caused Dr. Lu to treat us like that. I didn't really want to share this publicly but thought new patients deserve to know all aspects of Dr. Lu."

I have always been satisfied and amazed at Dr. Lu's thorough knowledge of her profession and willingness to share information. My sons are grown and still remain with Dr. Lu. As I grow older, Dr. Lu and her staff always warmly welcome me and respect my questions and concerns. No question goes unanswered. I really can't say enough, you must see for yourself.
