"Worst coacroach infestation you will ever see. People would come to spray occasionally but they're inside the walls and there are huge gaps in the wall by the floor and along all the cabinets. We have to throw out all of our furniture because they've all been infested. Theyre inside electronics and appliances and there is little hope in getting them out of there. And our cars have been broken into and robbed multiple times while living here."
"I lived in this dreadful place for over 3 years. The people that bought the place are Hateful, Rude, and VERY unprofessional! The manager Kristin is a "Mean Lady"! This crazy broad was a real witch to me. I would rather live under a bridge. The new manager, she looks like weekend at Bernie's, and has the business savy of a dead goat! After me being hodpitalized for 25 days straight, the witch puts an eviction notice on my door. She would not return my calls. She kept my damage deposit, and refused to give it back. Let me also inform you of the maintenance man, Boy this one is a charmer. He likes to cause drama and thinks everything that goes on there at that complex is his business. They have a HUGE issue with Bed Bugs, Roaches, Rats, and a slew of stray cats. The police are there almost daily. I would not live in this dump ever again. I hope this review will help others not deal with the drama and the shade. These people are not someone you want to rent from. My friends apartment in the projects was better than the apartment that I lived in at 2728 Davenport Rd Crescent South Apartments. FYI: Kristin, You wear ugly well! Brian maybe with all of that money that you make, lol, you can buy yourself a clue and perhaps a penile implant, such a small subject! If you want to live in a run down dump that feels like prison with the landlord being referred to as the Warden, then by all means get you a bug infested apartment with Jacob Lei properties. All of this review is truthful and no wardens or maintenance men were harmed during the production of this review. Karma is a beautiful thing!"
