"Went for a global bleach and the "color specialist" Rosie told me that she didn't feel confident working on my hair because I had two money pieces in the front of my hair so she agreed to do a balayage instead of a global the balayage turned out absolutely uneven i messaged again asking if we could go and do the global bleach because I was so distraught she finally agreed and bleached my whole head I was left with a crazy patchy and uneven lift (Due to the balayage i'd didn't even want as well as her not being confident in her own work in the first place) which made the color go on even crazier and even more uneven absolute waste of money I had to see a ACTUAL professional a few weeks later for a color correction which cost me $800 just to fix all Mistakes that were made by Rosie at beleza glam rm save your money and save up to go to a specialist who actually knows what they're doing"
