Every appointment goes beyond the “standard of care” with Lupe and Dr. Lustre really taking the time to assess and support the whole baby / whole child, and the family unit. Lupe always makes a point to ask how we are all doing, to thoughtfully build my children up, and remembers great details about them. She makes the experience fun and empowering — which I think is incredibly important for children so they cultivate respect and appreciation for the medical profession, rather than fear. We feel deeply cared for while we are in the office as well well as between appointments via the terrific digital tools. I gain such piece of mind knowing help is available whenever we need it - and being able to use chat tools bring such welcome and appreciated convenience. Even the office space is very carefully designed and set up to be warm, welcoming, and inclusive. I’ve never seen so much thought given towards inclusiveness from the great books to the powerful slogans around the office — among any provider setting, let alone a children’s.
