"I've been there two times without appointment (if you don't care who is cutting your hair you don't need one) and didn't even need to wait. Cutting was pretty much like I wanted it (basic short men's haircut) and price was good."

"Horrible customer service and treatment. The owner, Cindy, is completely rude. I called ahead of time then walked into this empty salon, waited 10 minutes talking to Cindy, the owner, she was arrogant and very difficult to talk to. After I chose a style from a magazine she provided, then she said I have to make an appointment for a different day. I made me feel like that she doesn't have the skills to do the hair cut. I asked her why didn't tell me early that she was not available. She started yelling and gave a bunch BS. This is my first time ever to receive such It's terrible service. Don't use this salon."

"The owner of the store is very unprofessional. I came here a few times to get my hair washed. While Karen (who washes hair) is a nice lady, she has long nails and scrapes my scalp which hurts quite a bit. I told her I would appreciate it is she used her finger tips vs. her nails so she doesn't hurt me. She said, "I can't help it I have long nails". When I went back this time, I told the owner I would appreciate it if someone with short nails could wash my hair as it hurts when Karen does it. She said, "I'm sorry but we all have long nails here". I'm a bit shocked at the response. If you're in a profession where the service you are offering (hair wash) is hurting the client because of your personal choice to keep the length of your nails long. You shouldn't offer that service. I won't go back here as customer service is very important to me and this place is lacking it."
