"Friendly outgoing staff, bright open office, young energetic Dr. who actually takes time to talk to patients and get to know them vs just treating each interaction as a transaction. I am a somewhat nervous patient, so I told Dr. Milcovich, and he explained the steps of my procedures before hand in order to help ease any nerves. While performing the procedure he explained possible sensations, sounds, etc that might come next which really helped to alleviate my anxiety. When I had my initial assessment he took the time to sit and explain in detail his findings and what next steps could/should be. He gave me options vs directions which I appreciated very much. Part of the anxiety of going to any Dr is them sort of playing the blame game, and Dr. Milcovich is the furthest from that. You can tell he cares and that you're more than just patient #1234. The staff are super friendly and greet you by name when you walk in, the office is clean and open. They provide plenty of reminders, which is great for me since I am notorious for missing appointments. You can tell the staff gets along and enjoys being with each other, which is increasingly rare these days. Great experience overall and highly recommend. My wife, and two children (boys ages 6 and 3) also see Dr. Milcovich. My 6 year old loved seeing all the gadgets and listening to Dr. Milcovich explain what they all do. Can not recommend enough!"

"So, after an appallingly bad experience with the dentist who took over the practice when Doctor Loder retired, we were able to find Dr. Milkovich because a lot of the people who used to work for Dr. Loder recommended Dr. Milkovich.
