Welcome to Village Lake Townhomes, conveniently located in Smyrna, Tennessee. Our townhomes feature 2 or 3 bedrooms with patios and washer/dryer connections. Some units include ceiling fans, fireplaces, and oversized closets. Our community offers emergency maintenance, a playground, and a saltwater swimming pool. We are a pet-friendly community with breed restrictions and weight limits. Nearby, you'll find a variety of restaurants and shopping centers, as well as access to several hospitals. Smyrna also offers a multitude of parks and outdoor activities for all ages. Village Lake is zoned for top-rated schools and is just a short drive from Middle Tennessee State University. "I would give 0 stars if I could. I have family who is staying at these apartments. They have been complaining about the same leak for MONTHS and maintenance has came in and never resolved it. There’s big puddle of water in the kitchen EVERY MORNING. I complained that i’m worried that it’s will lead to water damage to the floor which will turn into mold but it seems like they don’t care much to do anything about it. There was also a leak from the ceiling where mold had grew and all maintenance did was paint over it. They are now serving my family but these apartments are not worth the money that’s being paid every month. Rent has also been increased a few months ago but they can’t even fix the problems we have. There’s also minor things that has been breaking lately which I also mentioned but nothing has been done to fix it. Terrible service, DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"I want to say the property manager Eric is awesome. He got us moved in to our apartment in one week and he is always asking to make sure we have everything we need and to let him know if we have any trouble with anything."
"Application process was quick and easy Not to mention my unit was in perfect condition and ready for move in , office staff is very attentive and have not experienced any issues .."
"If 0 stars was an opinion I would do that. Me and my mother applied and spend $100 doing so (my mother receives SSI and I’m homeless) We get a email to put in more info and we do it and then we receive a email saying they are canceling our application and when I called to asked if we could get our money back ERIC answered the phone and was very rude and wanted to tell me I didn’t unload all the info whenTHEIR system didn’t allow me, so i would recommend NOT applying her unless you have money to throw away and/or time to sit and spend all free time waiting for emails for them."
