"I would not recommend anyone go here. I came in for a root canal - three visits later, that tooth remains untouched, and the bite is messed up on a different one she worked on. I've never before had a dentist pin my tongue down by digging the suction tool into my gums. Pretty much the only thing Tirupathi said to me was "open." She didn't tell me anything about her intentions in my mouth, resulting in an appointment where I was blindsided by work she planned to do. In our last session, she lost her temper, and stopped in the middle of working to scold me while I was lying prone. I really hope she can take some courses in clinical empathy."

"This practice submitted my insurance request for a root canal. The request expired and they stated they called me over and over and I did not answer. When I told them I received no communication they said something along the lines of "We are a professional dental office we don't make mistakes"...this is not proof of anything, and no one is infallible. However in that same vein I let them know that I religiously live on my phone like most millennials. I work as an Executive Assistant and I am looking for additional work; so a missed phone for me is like a missed opportunity or a missed call from my Boss. The point is I DO NOT MISS CALLS! and I check my voicemails. I wanted my insurance claim to be submitted again, but they declined to work with me; making it seem like I wasted their time because I did return these "alleged calls". Its not like I missed appointments or anything. This to me seems harsh, and cruel for the fact that I have limited time and my exposed tooth is getting worse. They cant prove I missed a call, and I cant prove they never called. But they wont let bygones be bygones and just resubmit the request for the root canal. They were the closest clinic to me. Now I have to travel father away and hope for a quick appointment and kind Dentist who will have mercy on my situation."

"I love Dr. Langer!!! She is so friendly and kind and at my first appointment mad me feel like we've known each other for a long time. The entire dental staff is very friendly and welcoming. It feels like a family. By far the best dentist I've ever been to. I will never go anywhere else!!! Highly recommend!!!!"

"Receptionist is very rude. Phone etiquette leaves a lot to be desired. Called to give information as my son had an upcoming appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude and would not answer my question. I wanted to make sure I brought in the information she would need before the appointment. However, after much back and forth just got no information and her stating she was on the phone and would call me back."
