"a list of all the things we dealt with living here: ac breaking in summer, thin walls, scarce parking, giant floodlights on the building side shining through our apartment, leaking windows, leaking water heater, broken ice machine, dirty walkways, and my favorite- the bug infestation. they were literally crawling on us in our sleep."

"When you vacate, please make sure that staff completes a walk through with you so that you don’t receive any surprise deductions. If you have carpet, make sure you clean it at some point during your stay so that you are not charged for an $85 power scrub (and this was for a one bedroom with consistent use of throw rugs)."
