"I've been coming here for years! I love Vanessa so much. She is brimming with creativity and I always leave totally amazed with my nails."
"I waited for about 2 years for an opening with The Nail Ritual and finally she opened her books and I got an appt. She did my gel extensions with art and they were absolutely gorgeous! No complaints there at all. Fast-forward a month and 1 hour before our next appt. she texted me and said she had a minor emergency and that she would reschedule us. She didn't. So I asked her and she didn't reply. Then a week later I asked her again and she said she would check. Then she just never responded. So she ghosted me, I assume. It really sucks when someone you've admired for their art for years turns out to be such a flakey, rude, unprofessional person. So I would give 5 stars for nails and art, 2 stars for unprofessionalism."
