"Everything was going great during our visits or so we thought... until we got a dismissal letter through email stating we were being dismissed. I was very confused we made it to all our appointments and never missed them. Never late and we were seen frequently for our child’s procedures. Flu season happened and we were unable to make any appointments because with any school aged kid they were catching every cold and we couldn’t book an appointment. Again we didn’t book a appointment because they were sick but the Dental office kept reassuring us it was ok no worries once they are better to call them back but then without notice they dismissed us through email no warning or call."

"My children have been receiving dental care at this practice for several years. However, when I attempted to schedule a routine checkup, I was informed that I could no longer book appointments. The reason provided was that we had missed a previous appointment, and not only were we charged for the missed appointment, but we were also prohibited from making future visits. This policy seems unreasonable and I believe it should be reconsidered and revised promptly."

"The absolute best office! My 3 year old daughter actually asked to go back to the dentist after her visit. This was her second visit and my nervous kiddo actually sat through a proper cleaning, no tears, felt so proud of herself and super happy at the end (balloon and stickers). Dr. Zahra is the absolute best, so encouraging, knows when to give breaks, and her dental assistant was phenomenal, he made the whole visit very calm and fun, my daughter loved him. Front desk and management are the best!"

"Similar to the other families that have posted reviews, out of the blue, I received a patient dismissal letter in the mail today. I had made an appointment for last Friday for our 2 girls to come in for a cleaning before the year ended. A couple of days before the appointment, Maddie called and left me a voicemail noting that the girls already had their 2 annual cleanings in 2023 and that we had to wait until next year. Her message then asked that I call back when we identified a good time to come in 2024. At first I thought this is great and I planned to call as soon as possible to schedule their cleanings in 2024. And, understanding that our appointment had been canceled, we obviously did not show up on Friday. But today we received the dismissal letter. It claims that we have missed several appointments already. That can’t possibly be true since we just started coming to the practice in January of 2023, after relocating from the East Coast last year, and my girls have only needed cleanings, which according to her voice mail, we have completed. When I called to make our new patient appointment, sometime in late 2022, the office told me that they did not want to take our insurance (Cigna). But then they changed their minds and told us to come in. Maybe they have changed their mind again. It would not surprise me if all of the patients getting kicked out have insurance they don’t like. Every business has the right to make as much money as they can, but if that’s the real reason why not be upfront about it? For the right dentist, we could pay out of pocket. Based on this experience, this is not the right dentist."

"I'm SO impressed with this office! After 4 attempts at 3 different dental offices, my kids finally felt comfortable enough for a full cleaning here. The office is clean and calm. The staff was warm and friendly as we walked in, even on the phone when booking the appointment they over communicated and made me feel at ease about bringing my apprehensive kids in. Both RDA's were so friendly and spoke to my 3 and 5 year olds in an appropriate and gentle manner. Nothing was forced or rushed on them, every tool was shown and explained to the kids, even letting them feel and try it for themselves before using it on their mouths. Dr. Ariel was wonderful and patient. I love how they involve the kids and talk to them directly and positively, very interactive to help build trust. I'm impressed by everyone in the office working at the kids pace and comfort level. It's the first office we were finally able to get the kids a cleaning, as they felt safe and as the appointment progressed they were happy and smiling. Balloons, dental goody bags, stickers, and a small toy were a great bonus at the end too! Thank you to the whole team... I am thoroughly impressed!"
