"Worse haircut I have ever got. The woman who did my hair dropped the supplies 3 times during the haircut, picked up a phone call, and overall was extremely rough with me. I showed her a picture specifically saying I want a fluffy bulky mullet but she gave me the exact opposite of that. She cut my original mullet off and just did her own thing on my hair. Never coming again. Writing this is no where near the anger and embarrassment I am going through right now because this haircut is almost basically a squared buzz cut."
"Haircut was great, the stylist took 1.5 hours and had excellent service with hair wash and haircut. The only issue was they charge much more than they say, I called them to ask about price and was told $30, while paying after haircut, they billed me $50 and expected a tip on top of that. The reason I went with them was it fit my budget as a student."
"Tracy has been my stylist for probably 15 years now. She also does both of adult children. She is an amazing stylist and uses great products. We drive from San Ramon to see her. She is kind and patient and her cuts have great precision. I love the results of my color and my kid has amazing highlights. I would absolutely recommend her."
"I have had a great hair stylist who works there, named Tracie, who does my haircut and highlights! I'm so happy with the outcome of how beautiful my hair & highlights turn out! Works with me with what I want. I've been going to see her for a few years! There is plenty of parking at the Greenhouse shopping center. Call for an appt or walk in, check out their website for hours of operation or call."
"Had hair color done and within 48 hours had a severe allergic reaction that I am still recovering from (more than 8 weeks). So it does appear that their products are of inferior quality and wish they had tested on skin before. Strongly suggest and recommend anyone who cares about their health and well being to avoid this salon. Also to mention that there seems to be pressure for stylist as I have seen them juggle between customers where at times i had to just sit and wait for 5-6 mins in the middle of a haircut."
