The ladies are very sweet and attentive if you ask them to shape a certain way. I know I’ll always receive great service and come out with good eyebrows when I walk out of here!"

"I had the worst experience ever. I went there, and now my eyebrows are hurting so badly. It seems like she was in a rush and didn't even ask me what I wanted. One of my eyebrows is normal, while the other is extremely thin and shaped like a mountain. She took less than 2 minutes to complete the procedure. I definitely won't be returning there anymore."

"Don’t come here. Take your business else where. The lady tried to charge me $18 just for eyebrow threading, an arguably simple task… just putting string on your face for 5 minutes or less. The business is trying to over charge its customers. You can find the same service or better for less at other establishments. I tried negotiating the price with the lady inside informing her that most eyebrow threading businesses only charge a mere $10 for eyebrow threading; she denied my request so here I am. If you wish to over pay for your grooming services then suite yourself; more over, I thoroughly enjoy supporting local businesses especially smalls ones at that but when the establishment tries to take advantage of it customers that’s where I draw the line. I say once again, Take your business else where, in the end you’ll be happy that you did. Take care and Thank you for reading, Cheers!"

"I have been loyal customer of R&B’s for couple of years. I found it outrageous that prices went up almost %50 past 6 months. $80 for full leg wax?! The experience doesn’t match the price at all. I hope this price increase will go to deep cleaning of wax rooms and not dipping wax sticks into wax bc that’s a health violation. Today you lost me as a customer."
