"I have seen the reviews on here. Honestly, if you're being nasty about how the situations are, it's because you have broken the rules. I have lived on a HND property for 5 years and never had any issues with management. Tonell is always great and they have trusted him with more than 3 of their properties to manage. I recently applied to the Villages at Forest View and everything went very well for me. I had all of my documents ready. Thanks HND for sticking to the guidelines and holding these resident accountable. They can live somewhere else and be rude!"

"Most of the reviews posted state a potential issue with race at this complex. I'm an African American female who had no issues with office staff during the application process. I walked in and was able to view 2 available units the same day. I completed the application the same day and, thus, did not have to pay the administration fee. My application was approved, and I'll be moving in the next few weeks. As long as you have all the documentation needed (pay stubs, previous rental history, etc) you won't have any problems here. The process for applying for any rental property requires an extensive amount of paperwork that you should be prepared to handle before you apply. I'm highly satisfied with the process and can't wait to move in!"

"My son and I had a great experience. Walked in while just out looking at different apartments as he at 22 prepares to venture off on his own and was treated so kind. Able to view a unit as a walk in and tour the facility. He liked them so much he canceled scheduled viewing of others and moves in Saturday. The application process was seemless and all our questions answered. And we are Black."
