"We had lunch at a nearby restaurant and decided to get our nails done. Bad experience First red flag: We walked in and there was an employee sleeping in the corner. Nothing wrong with that i guess other than optics of professionalism. Next, they did our feet in about 6 minutes. It was so short because they didn't do cuticles, filing, skin, all they did was cut the toes and then poorly polish. Next, the tools they used were not in the sanitized pouches. I am not sure if they were sanitized. Reading some other comments, apparently people have seen them not sanitize the tools. Regardless, they cut my partner and she got a crazy infection due to likely dirty nail tools. We are watching it and may have to go into urgent care to get antibiotics. Costing time and money. Reading other reviews, this is not the first time someone else has had to seek medical treatment due to a botched nail job here. Next, they did my hands, no cuticles, no filing, no buffing, literally just cut my nails then applied a lack-luster polish job. Finally, for one regular polish manicure and two regular polish pedicures, that we went home and took off because we could do a better job ourselves, it was $80!!! So in summation, unprofessional, unqualified, unsanitary, overpriced. Should have stuck with our regular nail place in Millbrae."

"I was charged $5 extra for the blue glittery arch and it was horribly done. You can still see the nail tips and the acrylic was put on poorly. The shaping was different on each nail. Nail tech did not take her time at all."

"I visited this establish about two months ago. I did not get the name of the person that gave me a manicure and a pedicure, but she should find another career path. While receiving my pedicure the technician asked me how I would like for my toe nails to be cut, and I explained that I only want a little cut off straight across. What she did was to cut my big toe nails down into the sides. That is a big no no! Everyone knows that you cut your toenails straight across with out digging into the sides and under the skin to prevent a problem. I asked her not to, but she continued to cut the nails improperly. She also took a drill to the tops of my toenails rather than buffing them smooth. The polish on my toes were very rough and unsightly. Since then, I have been trying to prevent ingrown toenails in both my big toes. Unfortunately, I did not succeed with my big-left toe. I now have an infected ingrown toe nail that I will have to have removed tomorrow. This is costing me time, money (for the procedure and time off work) and a great deal of pain. I also noticed the same woman give a pedicure to to woman sitting in the chair nest to me. The poor woman tried, several times, to let the tech know that she was scrubbing too hard with the pumice stone. It was obvious that the tech was not paying any attention. I do not understand how this woman is licensed as it is evident that she does not care. If anything, please find another place to go to where they know how to properly give a pedicure. You will prevent a world of hurt."
