"I got eyelash extensions a week ago for a wedding. I wanted natural looking lashes, so asked for a classic set. My lashes looked like I had a caterpillar on them. Not anything like the classic sets I’ve gotten in the past. I figured that was ok since I was going to a glamorous wedding in LA. It is now Wednesday, less than a week after I got them and my right eyelashes are totally dropping. It looks CRAZY! I am on vacation and had to find a place to remove them since they looked so bad. I know how to care for them, it was just a very bad application Don’t waste your money!"
"I got a bad haircut here last week, so I emailed them but I never got a response back. Honestly, I was hoping for any type of response so I’m definitely disappointed. Last week, I went in for a front bangs trim, light layering, and razoring to frame my face. I left with incredibly short bangs (they reach the middle of my forehead) and long layers that were left completely unblended. I went here for the high reviews, but left really disappointed."
"I has a conditioning treatment and a blowout from Pheakdey and my hair has never looked nor felt this amazing! And she is such a gem. The scalp massage and pressure point she added into the treatment made me feel VIP! Highly recommend!"
