"This place was decent. Interior is ok, but there is wallpaper falling down. Ann did both my pedicure and full set. She did a decent job. My entire family was serviced here and we ended up spending 245$. I asked Ann for a hot towel after my full set. So the gritty left over can be cleaned from my hands, she told me it would be 5$… for a hot towel… No way. Don’t do people like that. This is a difficult time in our economy. A wet rag in a warmer that will be washed after spending 245$ with the business shouldn’t cost extra."

"I have only been getting my nails done with tips for about half a year. Because I was not used to having longer nails I am very rough on my nails. Every time I go to NT nails I have a broken or missing nail lol. NT nails does a great job at bringing me back every time. Quick, efficient, reasonable pricing and beautiful nails. As long as I live in Oakland this is my go to nail shop."

"Ann did my nails today and OMG I love them so much! She did them so fast and not in a rushing manner. I gave her a photo for reference and I said I want this but a short coffin and she made it happen and they are so stinking cute! This was my 3rd time coming here and the last time I think Tina did my toes. Listen I am a basic girl, I like a pinky nude and white on my hands and a French tip on my toes always. My toes are the best I’ve ever had them done and I’ve been to many places here in SF, Burlingame, Oakland, Walnut Creek, and Antioch, these are the best! The last time I believe cherry did my nails and they came out super cute however I chose a shape I’m not fond of (almond isn’t my thing) that’s not her fault however the nails came out beautiful still. I get gel x. It’s just what I am used to but they’ve always still shaped my nails which I appreciate. They do fills on gel x which I didn’t know was possible so I will try a fill never time because I got 2 full set back to back (my natural nails still felt strong and not brittle btw). They are always very nice, prices are good, not too expensive, and the service is top tier. In terms of pictures, hands and are from Ann today and cherry who did my nails 2 weeks ago (I’m rough with my hands so 2 weeks is normal for me)! 1,000,000/10 I highly recommend this place! I’ve been here off and on in the past and have never had a bad thing to say but I love that I’m going here consistently now. Couldn’t have asked for a better place."

"This was my first time at NT nails and also getting a clear coat on my nails. Overall my nails came out pretty good. I had to help the manicurist put my design on my finger LOL. But they came out pretty good. I paid 85. (1st 2 pictures) Unfortunately for my partner, this wasn’t the case. This was also his first time getting a clear coat and design as well. During our visit, his manicurist kept looking at what my manicurist was doing (for whatever reason) and cut his cuticle pretty bad to which it started bleeding profusely. It also bothered him pretty bad for a couple days as well. Unfortunately, they didn’t even offer to offer a discount. He paid 75. We weren’t able to get pics from the first day but his are the third and fourth pictures and was taken one week after we went in."
