"Absolutely miserable experience. Dina, the store manager, did my nails. She spent more than an hour on my nails - not because she was meticulous - but because she spent more time chatting with staff members, getting up to go to the cashier and give them their tips, and welcoming clients into the salon, than she did with me. My nails were already short to begin with and Dina did not ask before cutting them. Now, my nails are not only incredibly short, but also uneven and bumpy because she did such a poor job filing them. I even asked another woman to trim the cuticles after Dina was finished because she did such a terrible job. Overall, quite a disappointment. You would think that a store boss would set the bar high for her coworkers. But instead, she is sloppy and unwelcoming towards her clients."
