"Anytime that I have needed something worked on in my apartment they usually come that day to fix whatever ever needs repairing"
"I got bit by a spider back in June. I ended up in the Emergency room. There are spider webs around my door and around the ceiling light in the hallway with what looks to be egg sacks. I Asked the maintenance man when he was vacuuming if he could get them. Maintenance has gotten them before with the vacuum with no problem. Today I got an excuse on why he can't get them with the vacuum. Then he told me he would get them down with a broom and proceeded not to do what he said. I went to the Office and talked to Management who already new about my spider bite and I let him know my fears and that I wasn't trying to create more work for them. I feel the webs and spider sacks could have been resolved before the Office closed but it wasn't which shows they don't care."
"These apartments has bed bugs and they refuse to get rid of them and provide proper treatments. Cody the Maintenance is trash! The secretary Tasha is rude and Mitchell shows favoritism to certain tenants."
