"Outdated and terrible management. Ready to be torn down."
"Do not move here Marina Manor Apartments! Cassandra Watkins and Maria Gomez are shady people. Horrible management director will smile in your face and pay you no mind, and utilities they rip you off. The maintenance guys just walked in your home without no notice, they don't fix what need to be fix, they black maintenance guy stolen others tenants stuff out there apartments and they are related to the office manager and assisted managers! They inspector tenants apartments without any notices and they DON'T wash they hands MARIA GOMEZ is Trifling! Maria GOMEZ is doing all Cassandra Watkins dirty work and they are against single black family. Again! DO NOT recommend a single parents with children to live here, also got mold in there bathroom and bedroom."
"DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!! apartments do not fix anything last time I had my ac and the ac on heat will always be have some somke coming out of the AC I called the Fire Department so many times already plus the toilet ain't working it is leaking I AM MOVING AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS SOON"
"Very rude, & no manners No kind of Assistance, impatient. In maintenance check constantly rom through furniture and products. Missing items from household due to maintenance list. Won’t take section-8 vouchers even this yearly income based on income and disability assistance. The manager is never in office. It’s always the assistant and very improper for business. Thank you"
"I had black mold in my apartment and was hospitalized 2 times with a blood infection! Due to mold! My lease wasnt renewed then 3years later when i was tryin to get into my own place i was informed that the woman in the office put things on my credit that arent true! Said i moved without notice I GUESS SHE FORGOT THAT SHE GAVE ME PAPERWORK STATING I WAS A NON RENEWAL! She also said that i failed to pay 3months rent! I guess she dont know that i kept ALL my money order stubs and receipts when i was hospitalized where my church helped pay for my rent! I will be coming WITH a lawsuit against her and ghertner properties if this situation isnt rectified off my credit immediately!"
