"My first visit the clinic for an urgent care was well taken care of my needs. With my next door refferal I booked on the website an appointment a week after which was the earlist one available. The staff contacted me on the next business day and made an an arrngement for an appointment after 2 bussiness days. I was super happy! i was not expected this coutersy as i was a new patient. All the following procedure for a new patient was very through, particularly about my dental insurance reimbursement. Dr. Frank Hsu treatment was very much patient-centered. i felt i was well understood about my preferences in dental care. I am glad to have Dr. Hsu for my dental health in the future.
