If you love hearing gun shots every week, not getting maintenance issue handled until 4 months after you contact the office for help because your sink is broken. Or, when your roof is about to cave in and they won’t return your voicemail cause you’re concerned for your life. Also, if you love dealing with unprofessional staff at the office that make your life miserable, then look no further Glen valley apartments is the place for you. Take the reviews for a reason."

"Dont settle for an apartment with low rent. The complete disrespect and disregard for the tenants by the landlords is ridiculous.Ive been here long enough to know that they simply don't care. About your broken car, dirty clothes, English comprehension, noise tolerance, nothing.To them your another victim in their money making plot to exert the clueless by providing the bare minimum. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid listening to squirrel racket."

"The Mr.Penguin look alike Woman who leases the property is very rude. I read the reviews just like you are and hoped after 4 years of people telling her how AWFUL she is she’d be fired or would Atleast change her attitude. Don’t waste your gas driving here. "TAKE HEED TO THE REVIEWS!! I went to complete an application at the apt complex. The representative in the front was very inviting and friendly that is until I completed the application. On the app, they ask for your checking account number. I asked the admin why do they need that as I don't feel comfortable just giving out my number and I don't live there. She said it was to verify my credit. I said well that is done when you run my SSN right? So she gave me a "whatever" face and said whatever ok. I still completed the app as I only need something temporarily since I am purchasing a house and they had 6 month-no penalty leases. When I gave her the app she said "if we deny you, we will send you and letter and notify you. But if you are approved, we will call." Needless to say, I received a letter 2 days letter stating it was based on something on my report. I called to see what they saw, due to the Equifax breach as well as pulled my report. I was told I would receive a call back and never did. So I called again, very rudely, she said by law I can't tell you why your were denied. I said normally, a creditor will explain WHY. I have NO EVICTIONS, NO Bankruptcies, NO late payments, etc. I told her she was rude from day one and I later read the reviews. She was STILL very rude!"

"I have to say that after reading the reviews I was a little scared to rent from Glen Valley, but after praying and putting it all in God's hands, I have to say He has blessed me with my duplex, not only are the ladies very nice in the office, but the maintenance man was kind enough to come out to my place when my AC was not working after hours. The price Id have to say is affordable for my 3 bedroom, I have washer/dryer hookups, 3 bedrooms, no roaches, thank GOD, and the area I must say is very nice, y neighbors are GREAT.
