Braxton Music City

"I was one of the first residents before it was even called Braxton Music City so this is a review coming from the very beginning. Unless you have a unit on the 4th floor this property is not worth it. The complex was so cheaply built and thrown together you can literally hear EVERY single thing your upstairs neighbor does from walking to dropping a phone. So imagine the inconvenience if you are locked in a 12 plus month lease and can barely get any rest because the people living above you are extremely loud. Not to mention when expressed to management (if you get a response at all) little to nothing is done. They will nickel and dime you for any and everything. The parking is horrible. They will tow you which is a minimum of $250 which by the time you realize it, it will probably be $500+ depending on how many hours the tow company has held your vehicle. The only thing security is good for is putting stickers on your car if you are illegally parked, tags expired, etc. and that’s if they patrol at all. On to the few pros: Isaiah in the leasing office is a pleasure to work with. The location is central and close to downtown. Overall would not recommend especially for the price point."

The layout options are very nice and the rooms are extremely spacious. Isaiah, in the leasing office, has been so welcoming and helpful throughout my time here, along with the rest of the staff! i definitely recommend touring! It’s a good place!"

The maintenance man is a hero, the place is gorgeous, and the location is unbeatable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place near downtown."
