"What's to say? Management just raised our rent 26 percent. No extra services or improvements for the increase. Disappointing, but it's still a good place to live. Maintenance services and the on site apartment manager are very good---should actually say that they're excellent. Maintenance problems are dealt with promptly. The manager deals with tenant needs in a quick and efficient manner."
"Coleman Reality is changing the lease agreements to month to month with a 10% rent increase to make up for a lack of revenue due to empty townhomes and apartments. Property is not safe due to old fencing with nails sticking out for anyone to fall/step on. Rats around garage area leaving huge holes to fall in at night due to poor lighting around property. Also zero security on all Coleman Properties. I would not recommend moving to this property. You can pay the same price down the street where the property is clean and newer. And also has property security with 6-12 month leases."
