"I Was Living At This Community For 2 years An This Property Ain’t Nothing But A Headache With The Office Lady & The Head Lady Of Cumberland Property’s Virginia Don’t Do Nothing But Sit Up In Her Office In Dry Snitch & Gossip & The Snitching She Be Doing Don’t Even Be True They Just Want To Sit Up & Just Talk To Start They Day Off (Just Old & Mean)Need A LIFE!!I Use To Live An Apartment 209 Over There The Toliets Was Horrible Mode Inside,The Plugs Never Worked At All Just Only In Certain Spots,One Day The Head Lady Over Virginia I Called Her About A Piece Of Mail They Found Outside Just Laying One Paper (Now) That The Maintance Man John Found It He Took A Picture And Turn It In Into Virginia Next Thing You Know She Sent Out A Piece Of Paper An My Door Said $25 Dollar Litter Charge Paper I’m Like Over This Little Small Paper Instead Of Looking On The Paper Knocking At My Door Saying Your Mail Failed Outside Do You Want It Because It Had My Address & Name On It She Acted Like I Throwed It Down On Her Property When I Called The Head Lady Over Virginia She Gone Say I Would’ve Charged To If It Was 5 Seconds On My Ground (She Very Unhappy In Racism)She Has A BAD Attitude!! An I Recently Just Moved Out December 31st 2018 My House Was Spotless Clean I Got Pictures & My Phone Of It Virginia Said Only Thing That Was Wrong Was One Blind Was Damage An My Second Room Okay Thats Fine Home Depo Got Blinds I Can Replace That One Was Damage I Went To Go Buy It Virginia Said Thats Not The Right One We Use Cord Blinds Any Blinds Is Any Blinds No Matter What Longs As You Replaceing It Because I Got Coreless Blinds Had To End Up Taking It Back Getting My $26.98 Money Back Of Refund From Home Depo She Said Well $30 Will Be Coming Out Of Your Deposit & Will Mail You The Rest I Said Thats Fine But When You Sent Out The Letter Virginia it Only Said $25 As You Told Me You Sent Out Everyone $25 Dollar Blind Replacement Paper But Better Yet You Added On $5 More With Me So That Made $30 SMH! We’re The Other Five Came In It At Not Understanding An They Yet Still Haven’t Sent Out My Deposit To The Address I Gave Them Keep Talking About Takes Up To 30 Days How When Y’all Already Approved Nothing Was Wrong With My Apartment When I Moved Out Only That One Blind An Y’all Moved Somebody Right In After Me 4 Days After Then I Went To The head lady face to face At First Cumberland properties!! VIRGINIA Gone Tell Her I Had Somebody Living With Me She Know I Have A Whole Big Family She Knows Us Very Well They All Has They Own Places Unless You Sit Outside Of The Apartment Unit All Night Watching My Unit ONLY It Was A Racist Thing Going On With Her & Her Boss But Thats Why I Moved Out And Moved To A Better Environment Apartments Who IS NOTHING LIKE THEM FOLKS THEN THEY BREAKING IN CARS BAD OVER THERE IN ROBBING FOLKS AND NEXT THING YOU KNOW THEY SHOT OUT MY BACK WINDOW OF THE CAR TRYING TO BREAK IN MY CAR IN STOLE MY WALLET GUESS WHAT I GOT THE POLICE REPORT IN GAVE IT TO HER SHE KNEW IT WAS REAL BUT HER CAMERAS IS SO BURRY SOMEBODY CAN DO A WHOLE MURDER OVER THERE YOU WOULDNT KNOW WHO DID IT BECAUSE SHE CANT SEE ON HER CAMERAS SHE DONT RUN THEM BACK SHE JUST GO OFF A REPORT WHAT THE POLICE GIVE TO HER And May Like She Gone Do Something!! Parking Is Horrible At Night U Can’t Park By Your Unit At All...She’s VERY Messy & Nosey & A Snitch Thats Not Even True Her & The MAINTANCE SHE WILL TRY TO SEND OUT A LETTER TRYING TO SAY PEST CONTROL COMING IN UNITS TO SPRAY IN SHE DOING A HOUSE INSPECTION SHE COMES IN AN SHE GOES THROUGH YOUR CLOTHES AN TRY TO SAY THAT SOMEONE LIVING WITH U FIRST OF ALL VIRGINIA YOU DONT KNOW WHO WERES WHAT YOU CANT SAY THAT AT ALL THATS WHY MY FIRST NEIGHBORS MOVED OUT ACROSS FROM ME BECAUSE OF HER SHE DONT MIND HER BUSINESS SHE DO THINGS OUTSIDE OF HER JOB INSTEAD OF DOING HER JOB WHATS REQUIRED HER TO DO!!!The Head Lady Thinks She Smart But IM very Smarter Then Her An I MOST DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO TAKE NO BULLSH*t From Her I Straight Say Suming Back We Both GROWN-UPS If You Get Ugly I Definitely Get Ugly Back Don’t Get Me WRONG!!"

"first off let me start by saying you will always get what you pay for. The Villas would probably be the worst place i have ever lived. The price and location was the only reason i stayed as long as i did. The leasing staff is very very very unprofessional. Since i have been a resident they have had 3 maybe 4 different people working the office. None of them in there full time only 2 days a week and good luck with trying to reach someone because out of the 2 days they are there they are maybe in the office answering phones for 2 hrs. Maintenance absolutely sucksssssss!!! I have went months with broken things in my apartment and when i call the office there is always excuses like 1.I wasn't the one working in the office the day you requested that 2. We can not find that request or 3.We don't have any maintenance working this property. So ultimately when something doesn't work for so long it can create more problems so when they do get around to fixing one issue it has already created more issues that you would need to wait another 3 months to have handled. They are horrible with returning voicemail's and emails. So im just wondering what are they actually getting paid for. So in my opinion DO NOT MOVE HERE VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, INCONSIDERATE AND LAZY STAFF. (fyi the only reason they get 1 star is because i can not post my comment without it)"
