"I just had the most amazing facial experience with Vivien! From the moment I entered she was very warm, welcoming, and genuine. She really took the time to ask me about my skin concerns and current skin care. The facial itself was amazing! She made me dressed into a bathrobe and lay on a bed. The bed was so warm and comfortable that I almost fell asleep during the treatment. She proceed to double cleanse, exfoliate, use of face masks and finished with applying layers of different serums, eye creams and face creams. My favorite part of the facial was the Neverskin Face, this machine uses hot and cold technology to brighten, smooth and lift your skin, it was extremely soothing, painless and my skin felt incredible afterwards. I felt extremely pampered! The whole treatment lasted about 1.5hrs. At the end of the appointment she gave me some skincare tips and recommended to add certain products into my skincare routine. My skin is glowing and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I would highly recommend!"

"Nice environment, very informational. However, I wouldn’t recommend for extraction. I’m used to a more thorough extraction facial where all pores are deep cleaned. Vivian focused only on my nose and two blackheads I had on my cheek using the extraction tool. Waking up this morning, I can see the pores that needed extraction. The facial lasted over 1.5hr which I thought was a little excessive, and included hand massages, facial massage, and neck massage which were nice. For the $155 + $20 tip I expected a more thorough pore cleansing service as marketed on her website."
