"I had a situation getting into apt. Maintenance came as soon as he could and was able to get me in, assess the issue and returned on next day to complete the job. Excellent service and pleasant attitude (especially considering it was 2/14 and his plans had to be altered to help me)! Much appreciated!"

"Most pathetic immoral apartment company I’ve ever lived in my entire life. We had several disgusting issues from managers screaming at my 54 year old mother, months of nothing getting fixed, plumbing issues, wild animals in the attic, the living room floor collapsing, more. We had concluded that we didn’t owe them anymore money from the last phone call. They never sent us any mail or phone calls telling us that we “owed” money. They sent what we “owed” to collections with no explanation. This is a pathetic excuse of a company and more a pathetic excuse of organized individuals runnings this dump. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I’ve warned you."

"Worst place my wife and I have ever lived. The office has hardly responded to any of our maintenance requests. To give a example our dishwasher was broken when we moved in from Utah. And took three and a half months to get it fixed. Then the maintenance man was the one to resolve our other request to get out apartment sprayed because of the roaches. Which is another complaint of ours, there was a roach infestation when we moved in!! Just last night our car got hit while parked by another tenant. No note or nothing to discuss the matter. And we can't even find out who it was since there aren't any cameras anywhere! I hope this goes without saying but do move in here!!!"

"Jamestown has made several improvements with the new management coming in and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Maria, the new manager is great! If you get to know her you can tell that. I would definitely recommend Jamestown as a good place to live and they’re still making changes that’s exciting and gives you something to look forward to."

"The WORST townhomes to live in. 1st management which was a black girl who constantly screamed within seconds of the phone for repairs that needed to be done were delayed for months. Now we just got new management with a Hispanic girl who screamed and hung up on my 52 year old mother for repairs that haven’t been fixed by last management. There are new owners and new manager now but still same problems we are having to deal with. We have animals sneaking into the attic that hasn’t been taken care of. The whole floor of the living room is literally sinking that hasn’t been fixed in months. Leaking water that hasn’t been fixed in months. ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF LIVING HERE. WHO SCREAMS AT AN AMAZING COMPASSIONATE ELDERLY LADY."
